Newly Single Kim Kardashian, Zoe Saldana Serve Food to the Homeless

Perhaps Kim Kardashian and Zoe Saldana won't be ending 2011 on such a low note after all.
The two stars -- both of whom are recently single -- volunteered to serve Thanksgiving meals to the homeless on behalf of the Los Angeles Mission Wednesday.

(Kardashian, 31, ended her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries on October 31; Saldana announced she and MyFDB.com co-founder Keith Britton were ending their engagement after 11 years together on November 12.)
A rep tells Us Weekly that Kardashian "was very cordial and friendly" while volunteering at Wednesday's event. Though it was her first visit to the Los Angeles Mission, she "worked hard in both the food preparation area and in serving the food to the guests," the rep added.

Saldana, 33 -- who has served at the Los Angeles Mission several times in the past -- reminded her Twitter followers than they "could feed more if you log on to http://www.feedLANow.org and donate."
Kardashian was so touched by the experience that she felt compelled to tweet about the "many kindhearted people" she met while volunteering. "Their goal is to feed 120,000 people by the end of the year!" she shared. "We fed so many today."

Justin Bieber Says He Took Paternity Test

Justin Bieber has apparently made good on his promise to take a DNA test following the now-dropped paternity suit initially filed by Mariah Yeater, who claimed the singer fathered her infant child.
In a segment taped for "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Tuesday, the 17-year-old artist told the late night host that he had indeed supplied a DNA sample.

"Yeah, I took it," he said, when asked if he had completed the DNA test. "They just swab your mouth."

Letterman told the singer he was infuriated when he first heard Yeater's allegations.

"That made me see red... I was so angry," he said. "I could smell a weasel."
"I could smell a weasel too," Bieber replied with a laugh. "It's pretty crazy. People make up false accusations."
As for whether the allegations discouraged Bieber, the singer said the situation hasn't left him jaded.

Angelina Jolie: I'm Lucky I Didn't "Die Young"

She wasn't always toy shopping with Shiloh and visiting with refugees in the Congo.
Prior to her current, globe-trotting wife as an actress, humanitarian, mother of six and longtime partner to Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie first became a household name as a weird, risk-taking Hollywood hottie.

Now 36, the star (whose directorial and screenwriting debut In the Land of Blood and Honey is out in December) says that the much-parodied darkness of her earlier years was very real -- and very scary.
"I went through heavier, darker times and I survived them. I didn't die young," Jolie tells 60 Minutes' Bob Simon in a new interview airing Sunday.

"So I am very lucky. There are other artists and people that didn't survive certain things," adds the Oscar winner.
Daredevil Jolie -- who infamously smooched her brother James Haven at the Oscars, kept a vial of blood of hubby Billy Bob Thornton's around her neck, amid other pre-Brad shenanigans -- failed to elaborate how she might have died young.

But, she teases to Simon: "People can imagine that I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst. . . for many reasons, I shouldn't be here…You just. . . too many times where you came close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken too, too far."
Not that she's completely reformed, of course. "I'm still a bad girl," Jolie insists. "I still have that side of me. . . it's just in its place now. . . it belongs to Brad--or our adventures," she gushes of Pitt, 47, her man since 2005.

Justin Bieber, Yes, I Took the DNA Test for Paternity Suit

Yep, he did it -- and it wasn't so bad!
As previously reported by Us Weekly, Justin Bieber submitted to a DNA test last Friday to disprove, once and for all, Mariah Yeater's claims that he fathered her son Tristyn, 4 months.

"Yeah, I took it," Bieber, 17, said of the test during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, airing Wednesday. The procedure was simple, the pop singer explained. "They just swab your mouth."
David Letterman wondered whether the "Baby, Baby" singer was knocked unconscious or "disrobed" for the procedure. "I don't think so!" Bieber joked.

The ball is now in the court of Yeater, 20, who must provide a DNA sample from her little boy to see whether it matches that of Bieber. In a paternity suit dropped last week, Yeater claimed she had a 30-second sexual encounter with Bieber backstage at an L.A. concert in October 2010, giving birth to Tristyn 9 months later.

"I could smell a weasel," Bieber (currently going strong with girlfriend Selena Gomez) told Letterman of Yeater's outrageous suit. "It's gonna happen. Being in the spotlight, people can say whatever."

Selena Gomez gets wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber will be together forever. Well, at least at the Madame Tussauds wax museum.

AceShowBiz reports the New York tourist attraction unveiled a wax figure of the former Wizards of Waverly Place star on Thursday next to the figure of her pop singer boyfriend.

The immortalized version of the 19-year-old actress is clothed in a golden mini-dress sporting red lipstick while Bieber, 17, looks sleek in all-black attire with a red bow tie. They are displayed together in front of a scene with a fireplace, mistletoe, stockings, and presents as part of the museum’s “Beneath the Mistletoe” holiday theme.

According to StarPulse, visitors to the museum can take photos with the teen couple and even engage themselves further into the scene and holiday spirit by wearing provided Santa hats or holiday sweaters.

The special scene will be on display until January 1, 2012.

In real life, the couple just finished dealing with drama surrounding a young woman’s claim that Bieber fathered her child back in October 2010. The lawsuit against the teen heartthrob demanding child support and paternity test was dropped by Mariah Yeater last week. Despite this, Bieber said he will take the paternity test anyway. He is also considering taking legal action against Yeater for the false allegation.
